Thank you for your report on my investment property. I was shocked to see the state of the house, considering my management company told me that the rehab was complete and ready for ‘immediate occupancy’. Their deliberate deception is quite shattering. As I already own the house, with the rehab already paid for and meant to have been completed immediately after closing, I am not sure yet what my next move will be. I appreciate your kind gesture of discounting the price of the inspection. If I could give six stars I would. Justin drove about an hour to the first home I was going to buy, but he found major structural issues so quickly that he actually waived the inspection fee! When we found another home he did a very thorough inspection and did a great job explaining all the concerns and the relative severity of each one, as well as mentioning some options for how to correct them. Very satisfied!

Easy to work with, very thorough on their inspection though paying an extra $100 for termite inspection was probably completely unnecessary. They scheduled the service in a timely way and follow up was great.
