If I could give six stars I would. Justin drove about an hour to the first home I was going to buy, but he found major structural issues so quickly that he actually waived the inspection fee! When we found another home he did a very thorough inspection and did a great job explaining all the concerns and the relative severity of each one, as well as mentioning some options for how to correct them. Very satisfied!
