I made over 15 phone calls to different companies looking for a home inspector for my new home purchase. I left 4 messages, but there was an actual person who answered at Homestead! The follow up e mail , confirmation and coordination between myself, my inspector and my agent were flawless! Derric was 30 min early!! He explained what was going to happen, let me follow him and answered my questions . He gave his opinion when asked and proved himself very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was great! If I ever go through this again, I want Homestead involved with me. Thank you !!!!
